Please RSVP before March 21 with a list of who is attending from your club to RS Deb Brown – debbrown53@rocketmail.com, to reserve your spots and provide accurate lunch count.

Attendance: Each Club must send at least one representative ( DC/Jt. DC) to the each day of the S&C/HMO Clinics. This person(s) is expected to report to the club what was covered during the clinics to be sure all members/parents and officers are up to date with any changes in testing and horse management. However, everyone is invited!! Participation is important for all DCs, club officers, instructors, coaches, and C1 and up certified members. Interested parents are always welcome! Attendance is required for club level examiners who wish to be placed on the “regional recommended” club level examiner list. If you are doing, have done, would perhaps like to do, any club level certifications, you should attend!

9:00-12:00 Introductions/Topics:  The Two Competitions of Each Rally. Why Is There HM At Rallies? Required Equipment? Life
Long Skills/Not Just prepping for Competition. HMX Members and HM.
12:00-1:00 Lunch (provided by region with RSVP)
1:00-4:00 Topics Continue: Teaching ACHMJs to teach, not just check. Turn-outs, Turn-backs, Sat-ups, safeties and forms –
oh my! What it all means, the whys, the hows and whens of HM.
